Terms and Conditions of Service
Last Updated: April 18, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING TOTALANALYZER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Vento Digitale di Marco Forlani ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), a business entity operating in Italy and subject to European Union laws and regulations, governing your use of the TotalAnalyzer service (the "Service").
By creating an account, uploading content, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of Service
TotalAnalyzer AutoContent (accessible at keyon.totalanalyzer.ai, referred to in these Terms as the "Service") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that generates SEO-optimised textual content — primarily blog articles — starting from a description of your business, product, or service. The Service enables users to:
- Describe their business in writing, or provide a website URL that our systems crawl and summarise, so that the underlying AI can analyse the offering, positioning, target audience and competitive context
- Receive AI-driven keyword research in which the most significant SEO keywords are extracted, expanded and, for paid projects, enriched with real monthly search-volume data from third-party SEO data providers
- Obtain a strategic editorial plan that organises keywords into topic clusters and assigns the most suitable keyword to each article
- Generate complete, publish-ready blog articles in multiple formats (HTML, Markdown, plain text, JSON-LD) and in one or more target languages of their choice
- Optionally, through the Agency Subscription (Section 6A), manage multiple clients and associate each project with a specific client
2.1 Content Generation Pipeline
Content generation is fully automated and typically runs through the following main steps:
- Business analysis — we process your written business description, or automatically crawl the main pages of the website URL you provide, to understand your activity, positioning and target audience
- Keyword extraction and expansion — our AI extracts the most significant keywords and expands them into a broader set of relevant terms for each selected language
- Search-volume enrichment — for paid projects, real monthly search-volume data is retrieved from professional SEO data providers for each keyword
- Editorial planning — keywords are organised into topic clusters and an editorial plan is generated, selecting the best keyword for each article
- Article generation — each article is written natively in its target language and delivered in HTML, Markdown, plain text and JSON-LD formats
2.2 Projects and Credit Consumption
Content-generation activity is organised into projects. For each paid project you choose the target number of articles and one or more target languages. Unless expressly indicated otherwise at the time of project creation, a paid project has a fixed credit cost regardless of the number of articles selected, so larger article counts deliver a better cost-per-article. The exact credit cost of a project, and the options available for it (number of articles, supported languages, advanced features), are displayed within the Service at the time of project creation and are the ones that apply to that specific project.
2.3 Free Tier and Feature Limitations
The Service offers a free experience that allows eligible users to test the pipeline without purchasing credits. The free tier is intentionally limited in terms of number of free projects or articles, search-volume data sources, and any other feature explicitly marked as restricted within the Service. During the free tier, keyword search volumes may be AI-estimated rather than fetched from third-party providers. The exact free-tier allowance at any given time is shown in your account dashboard; we may modify, reduce, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.
2.4 Supported Inputs, Outputs and Intended Use
- Accepted inputs: a textual business description, or a public website URL whose main pages can be automatically crawled, subject to the limits applied by the Service (e.g. maximum length, crawl depth, response size)
- Delivered output formats: HTML (ready to paste into any CMS or web page), Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt) and JSON-LD structured data
- Intended use: support of SEO and content-marketing activities for businesses, professionals and agencies, by producing a first, high-quality, AI-generated draft of blog articles optimised for search engines
- Not intended: the Service is not a legal, medical, financial, pharmaceutical or other regulated professional advisory tool, nor is it designed to produce legally binding, clinically accurate or investment-grade content. Generated articles must be reviewed by a human before publication, particularly in regulated or sensitive domains
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Age Requirements and Eligibility
To use TotalAnalyzer, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years
- If you are a minor, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Parents and Guardians: By allowing your minor child to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to be responsible for your child's use of the Service and any charges incurred.

3.3 Account Security
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
3.4 Multiple Accounts and Anti-Abuse
We implement automated systems to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to IP address monitoring and browser fingerprinting. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Service limitations or to obtain unauthorised free projects, articles, or credits is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Ownership and Authorization
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and submit any content to our Service, including but not limited to business descriptions, website URLs and the pages they point to, brand materials, trademarks, logos, existing keywords, and any other intellectual property.

- Any breach of your warranty regarding content ownership
- Any copyright infringement claims brought by third parties
- Any legal proceedings related to content you uploaded to our Service
In the event that we incur legal expenses or damages defending against claims related to your uploaded content, we reserve the right to seek full reimbursement from you, including but not limited to legal fees, settlement costs, and court-ordered damages.
4.3 Absolutely Prohibited Content and Activities
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or using the Service to promote content that:
- Contains or promotes racism, hate speech, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Depicts, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups

- Drug trafficking or illegal substance use

- Contains malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code designed to harm systems or steal data
- Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
- Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material (unless legally permitted and properly classified)
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activities
- Contains defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent statements
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
4.4 Prohibited Technical Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
- Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content-generation methodology
- Use the Service or its outputs to develop competing products or services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except through our official API (if provided)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service
- Upload files designed to test, exploit, or compromise the security of our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Conduct systematic data extraction, mining, or harvesting of Service content or generated content
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected networks
- Circumvent any security measures, authentication mechanisms, or access restrictions
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Transmit or inject any malicious code, viruses, worms, trojans, or harmful software
4A. User Content License Grant
4A.1 License to Process Content
By submitting a business description, a website URL for automated crawling, or any other content to the Service, you grant Vento Digitale di Marco Forlani a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- Store, process and analyse your submitted content using our AI systems and third-party service providers
- Generate keywords, editorial plans, articles and other derivative outputs based on your inputs
- Use technical metadata and anonymised analytical data for service improvement, debugging and quality assurance
- Maintain temporary copies of your content as strictly necessary to deliver the Service
4A.2 Scope and Duration
This license exists solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and does not grant us any rights to:
- Publicly perform, display or distribute your original business materials, generated articles or any content attributed to you
- Use your content for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit, separate consent
- Transfer ownership or commercial rights to your intellectual property, including the generated articles, which remain yours (see Section 4A.3)
- Retain your input content beyond the retention period specified in Section 7.3
- Use your business-specific inputs to train third-party or our own AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the Service to you
This license terminates when your content is deleted from our systems, except for:
- Anonymized data that cannot be traced back to you or your content
- Data we are required to retain for legal compliance purposes
- Backup copies that will be deleted during routine deletion cycles (maximum 90 days)
4A.3 Ownership Retention
You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to us. The license granted above is limited to operational purposes only.
5. Free Tier and Usage Limitations
5.1 Free-Tier Access
The Service includes a free tier that allows eligible users to generate a limited amount of content without purchasing credits. The exact allowance — for example the number of free projects, the number of free articles per project, and whether real search-volume data is included — is displayed in your account dashboard and is the one applicable at the time of project creation.
5.2 Feature Limitations
The free tier is provided with reduced functionality compared to paid projects. In particular, free-tier keyword volumes may be AI-estimated rather than fetched from third-party professional providers, and certain advanced features, output formats, or language options may be restricted or disabled.
5.3 Anti-Abuse and Changes
Free-tier allowances are personal, tied to your account, and cannot be resold, traded, or transferred. Unused allowances do not accumulate beyond their defined validity period, if any. We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue the free tier at any time, with or without notice.
6. Purchased Credits and Payment Terms
6.1 Credit Purchase
Users may purchase credits to run full paid projects, which unlock the complete pipeline described in Section 2.1 — including real search-volume data, the full set of output formats (HTML, Markdown, plain text, JSON-LD), and any advanced features not available on the free tier.
6.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment processor. Paddle independently manages all aspects of payment processing, including but not limited to:
- Collection and storage of billing information
- Payment processing and transaction security
- Invoice generation and delivery
- VAT/tax calculation and compliance
- Billing customer support
By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.
6.3 Credit Validity Period
Purchased credits are valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. We will provide at least five (5) days advance notice before expiring credits. After expiration, unused credits will be removed from your account without refund.
6.4 Credit Transferability
Credits are non-transferable between user accounts and are permanently associated with the account through which they were purchased.
6.5 Bonus and Promotional Credits
Credits obtained through promotions, referral programs, bonuses, coupon codes, or other free allocations are subject to the same usage terms but may have different expiration policies as specified at the time of grant. We are not obligated to provide refunds for credits obtained free of charge.
6.6 Credit Package Catalog
The following credit packages are currently offered for one-time purchase:
| Package | Credits | Standard Price | Agency Price (−15%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pack 50 | 50 | €14.99 | €12.74 |
| Pack 150 (most popular) | 150 | €39.99 | €33.99 |
| Pack 300 | 300 | €74.99 | €63.74 |
All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country by our payment processor (Paddle). Prices may be updated at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. The Agency price is automatically applied when you have an active Agency Subscription (see Section 6A).
6A. Agency Monthly Subscription
In addition to one-time credit packages, we offer an optional Agency Subscription aimed at users who operate on behalf of multiple clients or manage content for several projects.
6A.1 Subscription Features
- Client management — create and manage an unlimited list of clients with company details, contacts, and internal notes
- Project-to-client assignment — associate each project with a specific client for organizational purposes
- Automatic 15% discount on every credit pack purchase while the subscription is active
6A.2 Price and Billing
- Price: €19.00 per month (exclusive of applicable VAT/taxes)
- Billing cycle: Monthly, automatically renewed on the same calendar day of each month
- Currency: Euro (EUR)
- Payment processing: Handled by Paddle, our third-party payment processor. Your selected payment method is charged automatically at each renewal
- Invoices: Issued and delivered by Paddle for each billing cycle
6A.3 Automatic Renewal
The Agency Subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us (through Paddle) to charge your payment method on each renewal for as long as the subscription remains active.
6A.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the initial subscription purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by subscribing you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as you start using any paid feature of the Agency plan (for example: creating or editing a client, assigning a project to a client, or purchasing a discounted credit pack).
Renewal charges after the initial period are not subject to a new withdrawal period and can only be prevented by cancelling the subscription before the next renewal date.
6A.5 Cancellation
You may cancel the Agency Subscription at any time, with no penalty:
- From within your account area, or
- By contacting support@totalanalyzer.ai
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period already paid for. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining days of an already paid period.
6A.6 Effect of Cancellation or Lapse
When your Agency Subscription lapses or is cancelled:
- Your Agency account status is preserved — all previously created clients, projects, and generated content remain accessible
- Creation of new projects is suspended until the subscription is reactivated
- The 15% credit pack discount is no longer applied at checkout
- Credits already purchased remain valid under their original 24-month validity period (Section 6.3)
6A.7 Reactivation
A lapsed Agency Subscription can be reactivated at any time from the subscription page. Reactivation restores full Agency functionality, including the credit pack discount, starting from the next successful payment.
6A.8 Irreversibility of Agency Status
Once your account has been upgraded to Agency status upon the first successful subscription payment, this status is permanent and cannot be reverted. If you later cancel the subscription, your account will be treated as "Agency with inactive subscription" — with the behavior described in Section 6A.6 — but it cannot be converted back to a standard (non-Agency) account. This is a one-way upgrade due to the additional data structures (clients, project-client associations) created for Agency accounts.
6A.9 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the Agency Subscription price. Any price change applicable to your subscription will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of the new price constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6A.10 Failed Payments
If an automatic renewal payment fails, we (via Paddle) may retry the charge within a reasonable period. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription will lapse and the effects described in Section 6A.6 will apply. You can restore the subscription at any time by updating your payment method and completing a successful payment.
6A.11 No Refund on Subscription Fees
Subscription fees already paid for the current or past billing cycles are non-refundable, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer law or where a valid right of withdrawal (Section 6A.4) has been exercised within the permitted conditions.
7. Generated Content and Storage
7.1 Availability of Generated Content
All completed projects, and the keywords, editorial plans and articles generated within them, remain accessible in your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for as long as your account remains active, subject to these Terms and our right to terminate accounts as specified herein.
7.2 Output Formats and Export
Each generated article is made available inside the project dashboard in the following formats:
- HTML — ready to paste into any CMS or web page
- Markdown (.md) — suitable for static site generators and Markdown-based editors
- Plain text (.txt) — clean text without formatting
- JSON-LD — structured-data schema helpful for search-engine visibility
You may copy or export these formats directly from the project dashboard. We do not commit to providing PDF or any other export format beyond those listed above, and the visual presentation of an article may differ across formats and compared to the in-dashboard preview.
7.3 Input Retention and Deletion
We retain the inputs and outputs of the Service as follows:
- Business descriptions and crawled website content: retained for as long as the associated project exists in your account. Deleting a project removes its inputs from our live systems (subject to a brief residual retention in encrypted backups as described in our Privacy Policy)
- Generated keywords, editorial plans and articles: retained for as long as the associated project exists in your account; they are not shared publicly and remain accessible only from within your account
- Temporary processing data: internal intermediate results produced during the pipeline may be kept for a short period for diagnostic and quality-assurance purposes and then deleted
We do not maintain public archives of your inputs or outputs, we do not transfer your inputs to external consumer cloud storage, and we do not use your business-specific inputs to train third-party or our own AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the Service to you.
8. No Refund Policy
8.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
This Section 8 applies to one-time credit package purchases. Withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms applicable to the Agency Monthly Subscription are set out in Section 6A (in particular Sections 6A.4, 6A.5 and 6A.11) and prevail over this Section 8 for the subscription product.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
EXCEPTION: The right of withdrawal expires immediately when:
- You use credits to start or complete a paid project
- You have expressly consented to immediate execution of the service
- You have acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal
UNUSED CREDITS: Credits that have not yet been consumed remain subject to withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.
PARTIAL REFUNDS: If you request withdrawal before having used all credits, we will refund proportionally the unconsumed credits.
Example: You purchase the 150-credit pack (€39.99) and consume 20 credits on one project.
Available refund on the remaining 130 unconsumed credits: 130/150 of the price paid ≈ €34.66
8.2 Digital Service Nature
TotalAnalyzer is a digital service, not a physical product. As such, and in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, all sales are final once the service has been performed with your express consent.
8.3 No Refunds for Completed Analyses
We do not provide refunds for:
- Credits consumed by projects that have been generated
- Content already delivered, regardless of user satisfaction with the generated output
- Credits that have expired due to the 24-month validity period
- Unused credits on terminated or suspended accounts due to Terms violations
8.4 No Returns or Remakes
Due to the nature of our AI-powered content-generation service, we do not offer:
- Returns or exchanges of completed projects or delivered articles
- Free re-generation or remake of previously generated content
- Compensation for projects whose output does not meet user expectations
- Refunds based on subjective quality assessments or disagreement with the generated content
9. Service Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability - we do not warrant that the Service is suitable for commercial use or meets merchantable quality standards

- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness - we make no representations about the quality or accuracy of generated content
- Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation - we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from defects
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES regarding:
- The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated content
- The effectiveness or efficiency of the Service for any particular purpose
- The alignment of generated content with user expectations or industry standards
- The consistency of results across similar business inputs or repeated generations of the same project
- The professional or commercial viability of your business, products or services based on the generated content
- That using the Service will lead to higher organic traffic, search-engine rankings, conversions or commercial success
9.3 Advisory Nature of Results
Generated content is provided for informational and draft purposes only and represents an AI-produced suggestion based on the inputs you provided. Any keywords, editorial plans, article drafts or recommendations produced by the Service should be considered supplementary material to aid your content strategy, not prescriptive instructions or professionally reviewed deliverables.
IMPORTANT: Decisions regarding how to use, edit, publish, distribute, or monetise the generated content — including on your own website, your clients' websites, or any other platform — remain entirely your own responsibility. We are not liable for any actions you take or do not take based on our generated content.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:
- Any financial losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service
- Damages resulting from decisions made based on generated content

- Actions taken by third-party service providers we utilize
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
9.5 Maximum Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid us in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, OR
- One hundred euros (€100)
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.6 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Cost of substitute goods or services
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Personal injury or property damage
This exclusion applies even if such damages were foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.7 AI-Generated Content Variability
Our Service utilises artificial intelligence systems provided by third-party vendors. AI-generated outputs may produce significantly different results for similar — or even identical — business inputs due to:
- The inherent probabilistic nature of AI systems
- Updates and modifications made by AI service providers to their models
- Training data updates and algorithmic improvements
- Factors beyond our control or prediction
We cannot and do not control these variations and therefore disclaim all responsibility for inconsistencies, unexpected results, or perceived quality degradation in generations performed at different times or using different AI model versions.
10. Service Modifications and Updates
10.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the absolute right, exercisable at our sole discretion and without prior notice to users, to:
- Modify the user interface, design, layout, or visual presentation of the Service
- Change operational workflows, processes, or content-generation methodologies
- Alter the structure, format, or content of generated outputs (keywords, editorial plans, articles)
- Add, remove, or modify features and functionalities
- Change pricing structures for purchased credits
- Modify the free-tier allowance or credit allocation rules
10.2 Technology and Provider Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Replace AI providers, keyword data providers, or any other third-party tools we use with alternative providers at any time
- Integrate new third-party services or discontinue existing integrations
- Migrate to different infrastructure or hosting providers
- Update software libraries, dependencies, and technical frameworks
Such changes may result in variations in generated outputs, performance characteristics, or available features.
10.3 Service Availability Disclaimer
We disclaim all liability in the event that third-party service providers (including but not limited to AI service providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or API services) discontinue their services, change their terms, increase pricing, or otherwise affect our ability to deliver the Service.
In such circumstances, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to:
- Find and implement alternative service providers offering comparable functionality
- Maintain service continuity to the extent possible
However, if continuing the Service becomes technically or economically unfeasible, we reserve the right to initiate service termination procedures as outlined in Section 13 (Force Majeure).
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that dependence on third-party services is an inherent risk of cloud-based SaaS platforms, and you agree not to hold us liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Immediate Suspension Rights
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without prior notice, if you:

11.4 User-Initiated Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by:

Effects of User-Initiated Termination:
- Your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Service
- No refunds will be provided for unused purchased credits or remaining subscription time
- Analysis results and account data may be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (fraud prevention, legal compliance)
- You will lose access to all projects, keywords, editorial plans and generated articles stored in your account
If you wish to preserve your generated content, you should export all articles from your project dashboards, in the formats of your choice (HTML, Markdown, plain text, JSON-LD), before initiating account termination.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12.1 Data Sharing Limitations
We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing, analytics, or commercial purposes.

- Your contact information, including email address, physical address, and telephone number
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
12A.3 Designated Copyright Agent
Copyright infringement notices should be sent to:

- Natural disasters: earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, pandemics, epidemics
